245 on 15" sawblades??

Recently, while washing my car, I noticed that my tires were 245 on these stock 15 sawblades. I bought the car couple months ago and didn't bother to look at the tires because, who would mess up on that? I think the full number was 245/65-15 or 245/45-15. I forget. Does this pose any threats to rubbing? Would this be the cause of my car vibrating when 'm going 60mph even after an alignment and balance?

holy crap....245 on a 15 inch wheel seems way to big unless the width of that rim is at least 8 inches. i know the biggest that u can go on the stock se rim which is 6.5 inches in width is 225

take a picture of this, because this i want to see. that's got to look rediculous... 245 width tires are generally meant for a 7.5-9" wheel, with 8-8.5" being the optimal width...
