Deep Dish Trend

Sooner or later deep dished rims will be out dated.
When will that happen?

I'm in the market for some new shoes for my car. I love the way rims nowadays have deep dish. But I know it's just a fashion statement. And we all know that fashion come and go.

How about you pick a wheel that you like and not worry about whether it's fashionable or not?

i think it really depends WHAT deep dish rim you get. BMWs have been using rims with a fat lip for years. i think a classic 5 spoke design with a fat lip will never get old, cuz a 5 spoke rim (IMO) will never get old. but on the same note, those C3 or C2 style racing harts with a big lip on them, i think those ARE going out of style (but i never liked them anyway).

like he said tho, its all up to you, dont get something you think is in style, get something you want.

KCMC is right.

Also, it depends on what you think is "in style" or "out of style." What I think is tight, you might think is fugly. And what you're in love with, I might think is crap.

Personally I think yall are right, but when I decide about rims I'm just going to choose what looks better, or different from anyone else's. It will probably be a while before that fad goes away because I doubt colored rims or anything else is giong to take over the fad of deep dish rims.

I think they will be outdated when people quit liking AWESOME wheels. Deep dish is the only way to go.
