confused on 17's or 18's...

17s if you are staying with stock suspension. I would highly recommend 18s and then a drop, but that is not the path you want to take. Just get 17s and call it a day. 18s will make your car ride way too high and it will look stupid

Consider handling as well. Ride quality will be worse with 18s vs 17s, the handling might be crisper in some regards, but not an increase that you need on the street, the tradeoff will be having a smaller sidewall, and traction will be no different. Go with the 17s and make sure to get something with good width so you can put a 235 or 245 tire on there. No point in upgrading the size, only to have the same width as stock, and essentially no traction gain.
