I was told by the Staties that u can use them from October to March. I'll check again though.

I just talked to Franklin Police and they told me as long as the streets are bad, you can use them. Either way, I bought a set because my tires suck in this stuff.

When the road is covered. I just sent the chains back because I'm too lazy to put the on and take them off. I'll just lowered my tire pressure this morning and it was a better experience through the deep stuff.
