Getting new Tires, have a couple questions

ok well im just looking for a good all season tire as it doesnt snow here very much, just rain.

i have narrowed my choices down to the toyo proxe 4s and the falken ziex 512s

i have 2k2 rims on my max and the tread is gone..

i am basically looking for a good tire with good traction and not NOISY!!! i want good nice and QUIET! lol

i also have my car dropped on progress springs if that matters

heres my questions:

which tires should i get?

in what size should i get?

where is the cheapest/best place to get them?

thanks guys

Bridgestone Turanza LS-V or LS-H. Best tires I have had in 30+ years of driving. Check TireRack ratings, customer surveys, etc,
