18"s or go lower 1st

i am trying to decide lower my 99 max tokico illumina kit or 18 x 7.5 or 18 x 8
if i lower the car will 18`s fit and if i don`t lower the car will the 18`s get rid of the 4x4 look.

lower the car first... if you get the 18's and dont lower it, it will only make it look more like a 4x4

I'd say to lower it first, then go with the 18's. It should be a crime to run around with 18's and no drop! JK!
