19" tires rubbing rear fenders

Hi, I have a set of 19" Evo 5s that I purchased used off of a Lexus GS300. The tire size is 245/35/19. When I have two people in the back seat the rear tires will rub the rear fenders when I go over bigger bumps. Well, my fronts are getting kind of low now and I'm looking at replacing the tires. My question is that if I go with 235/35/19 tires (the recommended size) will they still rub? Does anyone else on the org have this problem with the correct tire size? I'm just wondering since the 235s seem to be more expensive on tirerack but I definately want to get rid of this problem.
