i need to replace my stock 16's......i plan on goin one size bigger 225/50/16.....on tirerack.com it says that is it a high performace summer tire but has anyone used these in snow???

how r they?

Don't try. I don't own them, but there's a real reason why TireRack customers aren't even allowed to rate snow traction for summer-only tires like the 711.

If you cannot afford to get dedicated snow tires (best idea) then at least get something rated as all-season, even though it's still not a great solution.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!Kuhmo's are deadly in the snow. Had 712s on my car and in the winter when it snowed, there scary.
