Offset question and tire question.

Is a 45 offset on a 18x7.5 wheel O.K. for a Maxima? Are Nankang NS2 tires a good tire? What would you recommend? Thank you alot.

You can run it, but a +45 offset wouldn't look as good as a lower offset rim. I would also suggest checking either Tirerack or 1010Tires to check up on tires. They have a section where customers have posted reviews about the tires, and Tirerack does a lot of testing on tires as well.

i have 48mm offset wheels on my maxima, so you should be OK with 45. Nakang tires? I dont know, sound awfully cheap to me. I run pirelli pzero nero ms.. No knock off tires for me.

The rims I plan on putting on my car are 18x8 with 45 offset, I did some research and found they should be fine. From what someone told me the front wheels might sit in more than the rear, not sure though. And if you put the wheels on, and it looks too scrunched in, spacers can fix it. Just more $$/labor right there.
