Wheel Spacers HELP!!!

I was looking for spacers on ebay for my 04 maxima 18 wheels and came across a great deal but was ending in like 1 min. So I rushed into buying them to only find out that they are 5x5 bolt pattern only. I was wondering if I could drill these to fit on my maxima and if that would cause any problems? Any help would be great! Thanks!
