Balancing.

how often should i get my tires balanced? i have 10K miles on them.

Second, how often should i get my tires rotated? every 5K?

Tires, every 5k is good.

Balancing, get it done when you feel vibrations from them. If they run smooth, don't worry about it.

Yes, don't worry about balancing unless it needs it. Typically tires shouldn't require regular rebalancing and most tires never need it.
