Will 35+ offset work for 20's?

I know that I will get a lot of negative feedback for getting 20's in the first place, but I wanted to know will the 35+ offset work with my 225/35/R20 profile tires on a 97 Maxima? I already have the rims so please no one tell me to get 19's...haha...Thanx guys

you should be fine with 35 offset as long as you dont slam you car, with 35 offset you should have more clearance front the strut to.

also depends on the width of the rim to, hopefully it isnt 9" wide

i meant be careful with hitting any potholes or bumps.... ive known many people i that F'd up their rims on 19's by hitting a pot hole... so i can imagine how careful u gotta be with 20's... but good luck anyway and enjoy the dubs...

cute post but this has nothing to do with offset?

the part you should worry about isn't hitting the inside wheel well, its hitting the edge of the wheel well, best bet would be to do a test fit like posted above or there is some web sites in the stickys that tell you the clearance you have.
