Fix scratch rim

I got a set of rims and they're scratch. The marks are not very deep. I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix those, or I have to take it to a specialize shop. What's the best way to approach this problem without breaking my bank? Oh, I got a 5 spoke SE rims.

the price to fix scrathed rims is kinda pricey. but if you want to lookup a wheel repair shop in your area. i had my bbs wheels "remanufactured" for a little over 400.
