i have the eom 17s with 225/50 and an getting 17X7.5 (45 offset) rims, i see most people use 235/45/17 tires with that size. i wanted to know, will it be ok to use 245/45 or is that too wide? there is much more of a selection of tires in that size and according to the size calculator is only off by 0.7% instead of 2.1% like 235/45.

also what is the offset on the stock 6 spoke 17s? ive been told 35, 40 and 45, which one is it, if anyone knows for sure? thanx!!
