will this work...

05 maxima w/ 245/45/18s. the wheel size is 18x7.5

can i go w/ a 18x8 and use the stock tire?

im running a 245/40/18 on my 18x8..thats the perfect size for an 8 inch wide rim..im not sure about the 45 profile..maybe it will be fine or it might mess up your odometer a little..ask some 6th gen owners they will know better

Yes you can. You can even use them on 18x8.5 or 18x9
