Staggered HP Evo

Im just wondering if any 5th Gen has bought these in staggered size. Specifically Dark Silver STAGGERED 19x8.5, 19x9.5. I was thinking of getting these for my 2k2 Grey Lustre. Would I need to get spacers with these or would I be fine with them as they are?? What kinda tires would you guys recomend also?

Always loved thsoe wheels, but why would you want them staggered and give up the ability to rotate tires to extend their usable their usable lifetime?
