I'm considering Toyo Proxes TPT's...has anybody had experience with these tires? Just wondering if they are good or not...

I understand the BF Goodrich Traction TAs and Yokohama Avid H4S are better and less expensive. If you don't have snow tires, strongly consider the Traction TAs. They're on sale at Costco starting Monday, April 11. Read tirerack's reviews. Unfortunately tirerack doesn't handle Toyo.

I really wish tire rack did do Toyo. If they did they would absolutely dominate the tire market. There really isn't a one stop shop for Toyo stuff.

I'm looking into the RA-1. My buddy has the TA's on his Focus. They are excellent in the snow and off road conditions but really aren't performance oriented. More of just a stock replacement.

I just bought Toyos from www.edgeracing.com. There customer service was excellent, the tires shipped a day after the order was placed, and I had them 3 days later via ground shipping. They go on the car tomorrow

235/40-18 T1-S's were under $650 shipped.
