Where to get wheel caps for aftermarket wheels?

The morons who were putting the wheels back on my dads car after getting new tires broke one of the wheel caps. Are they specific to the type of wheel? Or are they pretty much universaly sized? Where would I find a new wheel caps?
This is off an HSR wheel if that makes a difference.
