Rubbing Issues with 05 Maxima SE 18" Wheels on a 2002 Maxima?

I am considering purchasing the 05 18" SE wheels to put on a 2002 tungsten blue Maxima. If I put on 235/45 tires on these wheels would I have any rubbing issues w/the stock suspension? What about if I go offroading?

Sorry if this has been asked before but my poor man's search results have been futile. I am planning on donating very soon.

Thanks.

You won't have rubbing issues w/ stock suspension. I didn't have rubbing issues when my car was dropped w/ S-Techs.
