I think i might be interested in gettin a pair of 17" 2k3 titanium rims. Take a look here on ebay.

They will fit fine. I have some off of a 2002 on mine, no fitment issues, no rubbing. Pair them with a good tire. There are no anomalies with the speedometer or anything else.

there's a reason why they are so much cheaper than OEM

eBay TEs have a brighter finish to them, which makes them look a lot nicer than OEM. There is absolutely no structural difference between OEM TEs and aftermarket. The fact that they both weigh the same is enough to prove that.
