My 5.5 needs tires and my 4th gen that's sitting in the garage has brand new tires on the gle honeycombs, so I was wondering if the rims and tires would fit. I know it will look busted but I don't want to buy new tires. And I don't want to have to go through the hassle of test fitting them myself. Thanks for any help.

 

15" wheels won't fit without major grinding on your brake calipers.

 

Really? 00 GXE had some dinky *** wheels.

 

Damn, I guess I'll have to save up and buy tires before winter. Now are you 100% sure they don't fit?

 

Note he said 5.5 gen, not 5.0
the brakes on 5.5 are much bigger.
