I have 19x8.5" front & rear with 245/40's (35mm offset). Next time I'll go with 245/35's though for a more oem size.
You could use 255's or even 275's if you go 9.5" in the rear. Just make sure you get a higher offset for the 9.5" rears.
9.5" rears would look nice but you're just adding extra weight and its sort of pointless on a fwd car.

At that drop, I only rub the rears slightly over big bumps. I may cut off that part on the rear fender that I've seen other do, but we'll see.
