I noticed a few 5th gen owners had axis hiro's

I was wondering what size rims they have and what size tires they are using.

I wanted to get a set of 19 inch axis hiros they are 8.5 wide and 9.5 wide I wanted to know if they would fit on a 5th gen

i think all of us have 19x8.5. 9.5 would be fine for the rear but would not fit on the front, and a staggered setup doesnt really make sense for our cars.

I have 19x8.5" front & rear with 245/40's (35mm offset). Next time I'll go with 245/35's though for a more oem size.

You could use 255's or even 275's if you go 9.5" in the rear. Just make sure you get a higher offset for the 9.5" rears.

9.5" rears would look nice but you're just adding extra weight and its sort of pointless on a fwd car.

nathan - what kind of drop are you on? 245/40 seems real thick for a 19....any problems with rubbing?

I'm pretty low during the summer on ksports. Check out the 1st page for how it looks.

At that drop, I only rub the rears slightly over big bumps. I may cut off that part on the rear fender that I've seen other do, but we'll see.
