Just wondering what the weight is of an 02 se wheel. Looked around a bit but couldn't find anything.

 

23-25 lbs.

 

I saw icey2k1 say its 23.9lbs ....pretty damn heavy for something 17x7

for comparison...my SSRs in 18x8.5 weigh 16lbs! There are even some 19x8.5 wheels that weigh like 19-20lbs!! Still much lighter than the stock 17x7 but alot bigger in rim size!

Waaaaay too heavy IMO. My new Enkei Rp02s 18x8 are 18.8 lbs each and I'm loving that.

 

That's why your dyno is gonna be like 10 whp more than mine y0...

 

You guys suck.... all this rubbing it in has convicted me to find some new wheels sooner rather than later....

 

My 03 wheel with 225/50/17 tire w/air in it was about 48lbs.

 

Yea, I weighed them together and got 48lbs. New rims with tire are 42lbs.

 

Yep the enkei's are cheap and light. 15.2lbs
Falken ziex ze512's are about 22lbs

Not bad 37-38lbs compared to 50lbs for stock wheels w/blowtenza's.
