checking out for a friend. 02 max like mine with h-techs like me also.

one rim being checked out is

Size: 2 Front Rims are 19X8.5 about 2" Lip.
Size: 2 Rear Rims are 19X9.5 about 3" Lip.
Bolt Pattern: 5X4.5 (114.3) and 5X4.75
Offset: +35mm

Is that fine, or will there be rubbing issues? also what would be recommended tire size. If too big what about:
