need some meaurement regarding 225 40 18

inflated at 32 psi plus. Can someone measure the diameter on their front tires? To measure I would put something flat on top of the tire and measure from the ground up. I need this to isolated the effect of tire bowing on a smaller rim size tire like 215 55 16 compare to going plus size. Thanks.

not sure exactly what your looking for...the side wall? or the over all?...cause the stick for the calculator shoud give you a good size (all tire brands are a little different though)

I want the diameter of the whole tire (outside edges) from the ground to the top.

You guys just don't understand what he wants...

he want someone who has 18" wheels measure the outer diameter of the ACTUAL tire inflated at 32psi. (not what it's supposed to be but what it really is)

why do you need such a precise measurement? it still won't even be that reliable as someone may have uneven treadwear, no wear, or bald tires. that could be a difference of 1-2cm.
