Any Falken 452 owners out there?

I am about ready to replace the stock Goodyear RS-A tires on my 2005 Maxima SE (245/45/18). After looking around, it looks like the Falken FK 452's might be the ones to get, but I'd like to hear other's experiences before I get them.

Note that I live in TX, so all-weather tires really aren't needed but I do need a tire that can perform well in the rain on occasion. tire noise isn't that big of an issue and neither is ride quality really. I'm just looking for good performance and durability.

BTW, I was just about ready to go with the Goodyear F1s when I happened upon these...at half the price!

I've also been looking into these and have narrowed it between these and Toyo Proxes4.

Here two website's about the FK-452 http://www.fk452.com/ http://www.1010tires.com/tire.asp?ti...remodel=FK-452

Idk why, but the fact that all of these are advertised on Lexus' just kind of makes me want to lean towards them, considering that Lexus is a high end car, like the 6th gen, and would also emphasize on ride quality. So that is why I kind of figure that these would be very good tires.

edit: omg watch the video on Falken's website! Talk about advertisement!
