Can I take the centercap off?

I was wondering if I would be able to take the centercaps off the G35 rims shown here. I want to be able to replace the centercaps with Nissan ones so I can slap these bad boys on my Maxima. I know they can be taken off the regular 6-7 spoke rims but I don't know if they can be taken off this type of rim. Also, Infiniti made these in both 18' and 19' sizes right? Thanks for the help.

I'm pretty sure 18s and 19s look different. Did you try popping them off from the inside?
