you need to be a bit more specific:
looks: sporty, "bling"...what?
color: which?
weight: does it matter?
cost: how much do you have to spend?
tires: all-season, summer, what?
If it was ME, I'd be looking for a 17x8" rim with an offset 35 or 38mm, in a 6-8 spoke design, around 17lbs in a standard silver or gunmetal with no polished lip. All-season tire in 235/45/17 for that size rim, probably Toyo Proxes4. Whole setup around $1200.
look in the members rides section here for pics of peoples cars with different wheels.

sporty, rather light weight (not too heavy) all season tires, $$ wise i just want a general idea, under 600, 700 would be nice. also are 5.5 gen mags a direct bolt to my 4th gen, i mean without spacers, or adapters... and hows the clearance.
It's not the diameter of the wheel so much as the diameter of the wheel and tire together (rolling diameter) that can throw off the spedo. It's why you need a lower profile tire with larger rims.
As far as rims go, you really have to pick them out for yourself. You'd be better off asking for good sites to go to and what their service/selection/prices are like. For tires, check out the stickies (I think there's a "best all-season tire" thread). Good luck-
