Yokohama AVID V4S over the Falken 512's

I chose the Avid's since I had two before and they were only $100 more then the Falkens for all 4. Anyone else had 4 new Avid's at one time and have anything to comment on them? I want to make sure I made a good decision because once they ship there is no turning back!! Any info will be helpful.

they are not to good in the snow FYI, they have a softer sidewall then the factory bridg's but they are great on the dry, and not to shabby in the rain.

if i knew that they were not that good in the snow i would have bought summer only and then snow's for hte 99' se rims i have sitting here.

I agree with MyBlue02, I bought my tires last year around this time (tax time) I do like them, but they are not good in the snow we've been having lately.

the last avid tires I had were the H4's,pure crap, I would never buy those again but wonder what these V4's are all about, I have also owned the Falkens and I can say they are alot better , I had both on an 02 Spec V. The Avids , god they were really horrible in rain but they were cheaper tires, the Falcons were like night and day gonna try Toyo next I think
