Rim god's step in . Please

Guys few questions. What do you guys think of these wheels? Anyone have them? I am getting a good deal on a set of these rims 18x7.5. The tires on them are 225/45/18 I did the calculations and it is just a tad off. I am lowered on s-techs. The offset of the rim is 42. Is this setup goin to work on a 01AE? Thank you

Here is the pic of the rims

Not my flavor but should look good, you won't have any problems with fitment.
