Tire warping issues

This isnt for the max but for my mom's 2003 Camry.

The two rear tires, on the inside shoulder of the tire, are warped and worn out. What causes this? I'm thinking it's a tire balance issue but i'm not quite sure of it. Any help would be appreciated.

what is meant by "warped"? if its uneven wear then it is caused by bad camber (-) in your case. have the tires always been in the rear or recently rotated from the front? i dont think the rear axle has adjustable camber. eitherway, alignment would fix your issue and prevent this from happening in the future. you should do a balance and rotation of tires every 3-5k miles followed by an alignment

Thanks for response VIP.

What i meant by warped is that the inside shoulder of the tires literally have a slight wave to it. Reminicent of this: ~~~~~~ Literally, its kinda wavey.

Sounds like they have toe wear, or could be cupped from blown rear shocks. I would start with an alignment, that should tell you alot. IIRC the 03 Camery should have IRS, not a beam like the Max.
