hey guys looking to order tires and rims in the next few days and had two quick questions....
1. looking to buy 18X8 wheels with 35 offset. would this offset be alright and what would it cause the wheels to look like on the car? sit in or further out of the wheel well?
2. out of the these three tires which do you think are the best(keep in mind im looking for the most tread life) tire size is 235/40R18
- Nexen N7000
-Falken Ziex Ze 912
-Hankook Ventus V4 Es H105

 

I'd go w/ the Ventus, and the car will sit nicely with that offset and width combination.

 

1. yes, that wheel width and offset is ideal. It will sit nearly flush with the wheel wells and look good.

2. Toyo Proxes4 > all of those choices for a UHP A/S tire.

i have that exact same Offset and Wheel Width. It looks good and WILL NOT RUB. I have 245/40/18 tires also.

 

well im pretty sure i know what im going to go with.... its a verde kaos 18" in silver/hyper black with the nexen 5000 tires for $875 out the door mounted and balanced.... opinions are welcome do you think these would look good on a 2000 black maxima?
