Will my (new) rubbers fit?

Ok, long story short... yesterday, I've been guifted four 245/40R18 BF's G-Force sport, that came off from a Lexus SC430.
They ares half worn but in great shape.
Now, will they fit on my 4th gen. if I mount them on 18x7.5 +45 wheels?
I'm lowered 1.5F/1.3R with a Tokico HP Kit that I've bought from custommaxima.com.
Thanks!

The tires are too wide for your rims, BGF calls for a minimum of 8" wide rims for that particular tire. It will fit, but whether it will hold and keep you safe, probably not.

That said, the tires itself should be ok in your ride w/o rubbing if you got 8" wide wheels with the same offset.

Ummm... I was shure it was 7.5 to 9.0 wide rims for that tire size.
I'll double check BFGoodrich's book, for peace of mind.
As long they do not rubb, with +45 offset, I'm fine.
Remember that I did'nt paid a dime for them.

I would use spacers to push them out a bit. You should be ok running 245s on 7.5" wide wheels.

7.5" wide are pushing it. If it were 8" wide, I'd say go ahead but I wouldn't risk it with 7.5"

Well, I went ahead on the 18x7.5 +45
Tires and wheels mounted to each other, like a charm. Just like if it was a 8" wide wheel. The sidewall is not ballooning at all.
No rubbing, no spacer needed, fill the fenders so nicely... wow!
I'm very satisfied. But I think that a +42 offset would have been even better.
Thinking to change my signature's pic, to show them...
