Quick basic question

I have a full size spare in the trunk now (205/65 R15 on steelie)

got a free skinny spare from a neighbor recently and thinking to save weight ill replace the full tire in the trunk with this skinny one

the size of the skinny is 125 / 80 R16 its 5 bolt pattern (stamped Ford on it eeeww), but how do i know it will fit my car without taking the wheel off and actually trying ?

thanks -- btw is it worth to save such a small amount of weight in the back im thinking its a difference of 20 pounds at most?

yeah im leainng to keeping the big tire too, just fixed up the trunk too, put in a nice thick cardboard piece over the spare and now the trunk is strain, not bumpy from the tire
