Very quick wheel question, Work VS-XX

Kay so i scrapped the volk te37, didnt want to go thru the trouble to re-powder coat them, and i want a different look. weight isnt much of a concern anymore because ill have more then enough power to overcome it.

I have my eye on a set of Work VS-XX in 18x8 +31 and 18x9 +31.

What im wondering is if i will have any rubbing issues considering the width and relatively low offset. I used the tire size calculator it says it will stick out an additional 14mm in the fronts and 19mm in the rears. They have 235/40/18 all around.

Im also hoping they will clear my Z32 calipers without spacers, which is main reason for getting rid of my OZ's, and i want a little wider wheel.

If you guys could chime in that would be great, There for a SMOKING DEAL, thats kinda hard to turn down, almost brand new tires, no curbage either!

Thanks
Chris

Just roll your fenders in the rear and you are golden...you may not rub anyway, but just in case...

i say go for it... nice wheel/width/offset. like mr. fitment said, you might need to roll but thats expected to get a good fit on our car.

i dont think you'll rub in the rear; in the front youre not going to either. maybe, just maybe roll the rears but test fit to see if needed.
im running the same size wheels and very similar offset but added spacers to make it sit even more flush [+13 rear on 9", +23 front on 8" (simulated offsets with spacer)]. the rears i had to roll for sure even with a stretched 225/40 tire, thats with the spacer, but the fronts i didnt need to.

as for fitment with the Z32 calipers, i dont think its going to clear without the use of spacers. the disc placement and design is totally different than what you had before.

I don't know the offset on these, but they clear the Z32 caliper.

if you can get a high pad (rdisk) they will definitely fit. normal (adisk) = maybe, low (odisk) = not a chance.
