Looks good...but says can only retract about 30 times before losing tire pressure. If they can fix that, I would def. consider them depending on price.

Would definately want these! But like Mighty said 30 times is a fast for tire pressure to lose.

after reading about those tires I can only imagine the people who will drive around on bald tires but justify it with the fact that the studs are gripping the road

the idea seems good but at the same time winter tires have dropped steadily every year, suddenly their is an increase in them, I guess for the purpose of these tires and potential sales you will find the one and only statistics that say snow tires on the rise

they seem like they would have to be way thicker

even if i were to live in the northeastern area, id have a dedicated set of studded/snow tires and also a dedicated set of Summer/AS tires.

These are kind of stupid. Once the tires are bald.....you have to buy a new set rather than having 2 different sets of tires, one for summer and one for winter.
