I have the 350z wheels. Slight negative camber in the rear wheels. Today I noticed the insides of both rears are wearing excessively. Front only H&R drop. Rear suspension is stock.

Any ideas to fix that?

 

slight positive camber in the rear? are you sure?

easiest solution if asymmetrical: rotation. switch passenger to driver and vice versa.

 

I think you mean negative camber /--\ . wearing on the inside from negative camber is going to happen when you are lowered unless you have adjustable camber plates to bring it back to spec. Even then, Im not sure if anyone makes adjustable camber for the rears so the only thing is to rotate your tires or have the shop take the tires off and mount the worn side to the outside.

 

Are you lowered.? If yes try some camber.

 

I dont think you can set camber for the rear since it's a solid beam.

 

I was incorrect about the camber. You are correct. It is negative camber. I'm only lowered in the front with H&R's. Rears are stock. I have rotated them and still noticed the camber. Of course I can only rotate, side to side. Wheels are staggered.

 

Corrected. It is negative camber.

 

Beam is solid in the rear, so if your alignment is off then either:

-your beam is bent. get someone to bend/box it back or get a new beam.

-your rear wheel bearings are so worn out that there is a 1+ degree runout.

 

+1 no negative camber in rear is possible unless something is really off.

ive got some toe-in on my rears.

 

go and get an alignment, the sensors will let you see if the rear beam is bent. that thing should be dead on, mine even is with stech/illumina.
