The size should fit w/o any major problems. You might need to roll your back fenders just a bit. That is an insane price! Dirt cheap for forged wheels + all kinds of goodies.

That is an awesome price for those wheels. I think they would work perfectly. The offset looks right. I have 18x8.5 with a +33 offset in the rear and only rub on dips and bumps, but that's because i'm dropped pretty low. With these being 19x8.5 with a +35, it should work pretty well.

Just so you guys know, that guy sellin em is local to me(VA) and its legit, from a dealer. I am picking up a pair this upcoming week driving right over there to get them put on my 06 max. I will take pics when they get on.
