Swapping stock 17s for 18s

I have an 08 SL with stock 17"s. Will I be able to just bolt on the 18"s that come on the 08 SE, or are the 18"s specific for the suspension of the SE?

OK, thanks. I knew about the bolt pattern, I was just worried about the larger wheel causing a rub or something.
