Volt Racing wheels

Anybody heard of this brand? I checked with a small company here in town that does window tinting plus other misc car accessories. He had a set of Volt Racing wheels in dark graphite, I think the model # is 741. He quoted me an out-the-door price of $700 for 35% tint on windows, 20% on the sunroof, the 4 wheels, and mounting and balancing of my existing tires. I personally have never heard of them, but there are so many different brands out there and new brands springing up every day it seems. He's tinting my windows tomorrow, and wheels on Thursday, so it's not too late to back out if I'm getting shanked.

you're probably getting what you're paying for, which is cheap wheels.
