wanting to buy new wheels.

I am looking into buying a new set of wheel. I don't however want to do a staggered setup. I am going to go with a 19" or 20" nothing bigger or smaller. What would be the widest I can go with those? I am also lowered with with tein springs. I am trying to stay away from rolling my fenders and what not. any help would be greatly appreciated.
