Hankook Ventus V2 H437...Input?

Hello all, I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with these tires, Hankook Ventus V2 Concept H437 All-season. I've been trying to find out if these are brand new tires out of Hankooks line up, but don't know. They have great reviews so far, have a great tread wear rating and they are price relatively inexpensive, any input guys?

I'm running a bit wide 235/45-17 on my Enkei 17x7, but thinking of 225/45-17 Next, tires only run about $91-$100 each. I'm thinking of getting a set before the price shoots up. I got my Hankook V12 Evo K110 last year March for $104 each, and I checked the price November of last year they are were at $135 already..

Since my 2000 is a 5-speed, I wouldn't want to go to a 225-45 from my stock size of 225-50. In 5th gear, the engine spins at 3k r.p.m. at the 70-75 m.p.h. highway speed area, and I wouldn't want the engine to spin any faster with shorter tires since it would lower my fuel economy. I'm sure with a 6-speed you could get away with a shorter tire and not see a drop in fuel economy on the highway.
