Is 100w Safe to replace 96v on my 08 Max?

I now have to replace the tires that came with my 08 Max. What they have currently are 245 45ZR 18 96V. I am looking to replace them with 245 45 r18 100w.

My research shows the 100w allows for higher weight per tire and speed capacity, but I am wondering if there is any other issues I need to worry about.

Thanx in advance
