tire wheel purchase input requested

The guy I bought my 03 se from put 16 in. Altima wheels on the car and I am getting close to needing to replace the tires. I found a set of oem from an 03 on craigslist for 250 with tires and they sold last night. I've been to tirerack and 1010tires. Is there anywhere else I can look besides ebay?

I want to spend around 1,000 and less would be outstanding.

My maxima is white and there is a guy local that has a set of 03 350z touring white wheels for 250?

Aftermarket or oem.
