A friend of mine is selling the following:

Volk TE37SL
Front 18x9.5+22 18.2 lbs
Rear 18x10.5+22. 18.6 lbs
How will these look and fit? Will they sit flush with the fender or will I have major poke?
And will they clear both Brembo and AP Racing BBK's with no problem?
Thanks!

Dayum!! I've never seen one of those that are so fancy and detailed. Sweet, thanks!
Starting point:
OEM wheels are 16x6.5 +40
OEM tires are 215-55-16 according to Discount Tire
The only variable I don't know is the proper tire size for these Volks, vs what tire size makes these wheels work w/o rubbing according to the link provided. I don't like the look of super stretched tires.
Crap, that link won't let me play with all the variables independently. When I change the wheel width, it changes the tire size for me automatically. I guess in a sense it's good and I now know what the correct tire size is, but if I could play with the tire size independently, then I could get the program to show when it clears w/o rubbing.
Per the link:
Front wheels:
Suspension clearance: 100% clear (leaves even more room than OEM)
Fenders clearance: Package 2 will stick out 33 mm (1.3'') farther. Make sure that you have enough room under the fender. If not, consider narrower tires or higher offset.
Wheelwells clearance: Will fill out the wheelwell by extra 6 mm. Acceptable for most cars.
SPEEDOMETER: When speedometer reads 60mph (96.6km/h) actual speed will be 61mph (98.2km/h): 1.7% faster.
Rear wheels:
Suspension clearance: Package 2 is 12 mm (0.5'') closer to suspension/brakes components. Acceptable for most cars.
Fenders clearance: Package 2 will stick out 48 mm (1.9'') farther. Make sure that you have enough room under the fender. If not, consider narrower tires or higher offset.
Wheelwells clearance: Will fill out the wheelwell by extra 18 mm. Make sure that you have enough room under the fender. If not, consider lower profiles or smaller rims.
I figured these were aggressive sizes, but not that aggressive!

I was kinda thinkin that a 10.5" wide rear wheel was gonna present an issue, even without a tire let alone including the fatty you're gonna have to mount on that thing.
I'm running a 9.5" wide rim on my truck with a 285/45 tire and it pretty much fills the well on that thing.
Those wheels are gorgeous though.

I think you will run into problems with the rear. Front can be easily fixed with a bit of camber, but the back will poke quite a bit.

This is 18x10.5 +15 I believe. Yours would have sat in a hair compared to these.

^Me too. Thanks for the pic Chris, you just confirmed that I made teh right choice.
I prefer flush with a slight tire stretch compared to poke with major tire stretching.
