"Decent shape" Are you referring to the quality of the wheel, i.e. minor scratches, no bends, etc... or the amount of tread on the tire's, i.e. 60-80%?

both. no bends. Minor scratches. and decent tread on tires. Probably 50% tread.

Hmmm it's a price that's hard to beat, but I am looking to get new wheels/tires because the tread on my stockers are just about done, wouldn't make a whole lot of sense to buy some new one's with half tread haha

haha, I got ya. The tires have between 3/16 and 1/4 inch tread. not too bad.
they do have some rash tho. not terrible but you can see it. I'll get ya some pictures
