20" wheels and tires

For a friend of mine. The set is brand new and never used. They were supposed to go on his BMW 745 but he had to sell the car so now these are for sale. Asking $1500 plus shipping costs for the wheels and tires. Located in Bowie MD.

Will those fit on a Nissan? I'm pretty sure the bolt pattern is different on those. BMW 5X120 IIRC v.s. Nissan 5X114.3. Also what tires are they? What kind of rims?

Its a multi 5 lug pattern so I believe it should fit. I will put one against my car 2day or 2morrow to confirm. The wheels are made by Hoyo but I do not know the model name. The tires are brand new Lexani by nexxen N3000 255/35/20.
