Creakin or squeakin noise on front end

Hey guys, I bought my max in the summer and ever since i had it i have creaking or squeakin noises from the front end. But 3 weeks ago i change all 4 struts and struts mounts bc they were shot and the pass.axle. I thought the creakin was gonna but its still there. i only here the noise wen im going like 20. The noise sounds like dat hand excersing thing that u keep squeezing to make ya hand muscles strong. The sound of that wen u sqeeze it sounds just like the noise im hearing or a donkey makes noises lol. Im trying to describe the noise , best i can. I do no i have to change my stablizers links.

did you put the spring isolators back on the new springs??? the new springs have to settle and they're gonna make noise until they do. at least mine did for awhile.
