O2 sensor bank 1 sensor one...

i really need help to find out what o2 sensor is the bank 1 sensor 1 for my car, i got the p0135 code and thats what seems to be the problem, i tried looking at all these diagrams to find out what one it is so i can change it but its too complicated for me, need to see an actual picture.. been looking at all the maxima sites to find out what one it is but no one is completely sure which one it is. any one know what O2 sensor is the bank 1 sensor 1 for my 1995 maxima? pictures would be very helpful thanks (does it matter what color the wires are on the o2 sensor when i buy it? i got a black, blue in middle, and another black)

Bank 1 is the back row of cylinders, and the Bank 1 Sensor 1 oxygen sensor is near the front right tire. The parts stores and catalogs will call it "upstream"

It does not matter what color the wires are, but you should use NGK/NTK or Denso brand, as they are the same OEM sensor.

The plug right in the middle of the photo is b1s1?

correct

That is B1S1.

Sometimes it helps to apply PB Blaster or something around the thread and wait a few days. I used a breaker bar and a 22mm crowfoot.

And with the new sensor, use as much anti-seize as you can fit around the thread, but make sure it does NOT get on the sensor thimble itself. Denso usually includes a packet of anti-seize. When applying the anti-seize, what I like to do is use that plastic cap it came with and turn it upside down over the sensor. This will still allow you to apply as much as possible over the thread, but it protects the actual sensor.
