Squeaky belt? bad idler pulley?

Hey all,
I've had a squeak which seemingly appears to be the belt. I made sure it's tight and I put a little bit of grease. I forgot what I used for grease as advised by the auto part store. They said not to use belt dressing because it sucks to use a dab of grease on the pulley, but this didn't resolve anything.
The squeak usually comes on in the morning and then as the car warms up it goes away, Do you guys think it's a bad idler pulley? What's common to squeak on these cars?

squeaky belt

Temporary removal of squeak : Use a candle and rub it along the side of the belt.

Permanent fix: replace the drive belt.

Thanks all for the tips, hopefully those pointers will get this damn squeak to go away.

And Jaison thanks for the reminder. I do remember once taking this damn tensioner off and trying to go left with it and wondered why it wasn't coming off lol

Same issue

My question is how to check the pulleys. just turn 'em by hand and feel for grinding and drag?
